1/2 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup Karo syrup
*Bring to boil while stirring continuously
Add 1 can sweetened condensed milk
Stir until carmel forms a soft ball when put in cold water
(Its about 220 to 240 degrees F on a candy thermometer)
*Usually takes about 10 or so minutes
Remove from heat
Add 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Pour over three gallons of freshly popped popcorn.
Stir until evenly coated.
Now taste it... while it's warm and gooey. It's heavenly...
and you will find yourself with sticky fingers until the bowl is empty! :)
